The h10s application is intended solely for educational, research, and informational purposes. It is designed for personal experimentation and curiosity ("biohacking").

Nothing in this application, including the PVC detection, HRV metrics, or ECG visualization, should be taken as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The application connects to a consumer heart rate strap (Polar H10) which, while accurate, is not a clinical 12-lead ECG.

2. Experimental Algorithms

The detection algorithms used in this app are experimental. Specifically:

• The "RR_ONLY" mode is a simple statistical method that may be removed in future versions.
• The "WAVEFORM" mode utilizes a modified Pan-Tompkins algorithm to analyze signal morphology. While this represents a more advanced approach, it has not been validated in clinical trials for this specific implementation.

Artifacts, motion noise, and Bluetooth connection issues can and will create false positives or negatives.
