What is h10s?

h10s is a numeronym for Herzrhythmus. It is formed by taking the first letter 'H', the last letter 's', and the count of the 10 letters in between.

The name Herzrhythmus is German for "Heart Rhythm". It was chosen as the original name for the application because the author lives in Berlin.

Using the App

Navigation

The application is organized into several main sections, accessible via the navigation drawer (top left menu icon):

• Real-time: The main dashboard displaying live ECG, Heart Rate, and Variability stats. Only visible when connected.
• History: Access to saved events and continuous background data files.
• Connection: Manage device connection and scanning.
• Settings: Configure preferences, sensitivity, and event attributes.
• Remove Ads: (Optional) Purchase the full version to remove ads.
• Feedback: Send feedback directly to the developer.

Graph Controls

All graphs in the application (ECG, Heart Rate, etc.) share a unified control scheme designed for precise data inspection:

Time Window Selector

Standard "pinch-to-zoom" is disabled to ensure strict time alignment across all concurrent data streams. Instead, use the Time Window dropdown in the top right corner of the Heart screen.

• Options: Ranges from 1 second (high detail) up to 24 hours (long-term trends).
• Default: 30 seconds.

Panning & History

You can swipe horizontally on any graph to scroll back in time.

• When you pan back, the live auto-scroll pauses, and a "History View" banner appears at the top.
• Tap the "LIVE" button on the banner to return to the real-time stream.

Fullscreen Mode

Tap the fullscreen icon (arrows) in the header of any graph section (e.g., "ECG") to rotate the view to landscape and inspect that specific signal in maximum detail.
